Welcome

Hello and welcome to my new blog! My name is Emily.  A month ago, I quit my office job, bought and renovated an old RV, and left Boston, my home of almost 7 years, to set off on a cross-country journey that will end in Santa Barbara, California sometime in July.  Join me, my boyfriend, Josh, our RV, Tilly, and our motor scooter, the Love Bug, as we bumble and scoot across the Southern US.  This blog will serve as a creative outlet for me during our trip.  I will write about the process of buying and renovating the RV, quitting my job, and leaving my longtime home, along with anything else that happens to strike my fancy.  Though this blog will catalog our many adventures, it will not be strictly a travel blog, or a niche blog of any kind.  I hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
